We always choose the fastest and most careful delivery option for your order.

Postage costs

We offer free shipping on all orders within the United States of America for orders over 40.00 USD

Processing time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 days (Monday to Saturday).
Orders placed before 2:00 PM (GMT+01:00, Amsterdam) will be included in the next shipping round as soon as possible.

Delivery times

The average transport time is 3–7 business days

In most cases you will receive your order within 4–9 business days after placing the order

These terms are indicative and based on normal circumstances.

During holidays or exceptional busy periods, delivery time may be slightly longer.

If US stock is unavailable, an order may ship from an overseas facility with a longer delivery time, and we will notify you if that applies to your order.

Damaged or lost shipments

Is your package damaged or hasn't arrived? Please contact our customer service at info@kanormanagement.com
If your shipment is insured, we will send a replacement product free of charge.

Unaccepted packages

If a package is not accepted and returned to us, the refund will be processed once the package reaches our warehouse.

Address check

Always check that your delivery address is entered correctly.
Once an order has been processed and shipped, we can no longer change the address or reroute the package.
